FELS is an affiliated company of the California Farm Bureau Federation, the largest organization of farmers and ranchers in California. FELS mission is to provide bilingual and bicultural labor-management consultation services to farm employers. FELS works with farm employers to ensure full compliance with relevant state and federal law and to encourage harmonious employer-employee relations in agricultural workplaces.
