The California Applicants' Attorneys Association (CAAA) is a dynamic statewide organization dedicated to the protection of rights and benefits of California's injured and disabled workers and their families.
CAAA's members are highly skilled advocates whose long years of education, concentrated training and practical experience give them the knowledge and understanding to assist the industrially injured worker through the legal, medical and governmental complexities of California's Workers' Compensation System.
Many of CAAA's attorney members are certified as specialists by the California State Bar. Armed with their expertise in the statutory scheme of workers' compensation laws, CAAA members work to secure full and just benefits for the injured and disabled worker and their families.
